Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders Only

As we currently accept only Cash on Delivery (COD), please make sure to review your order carefully before confirming. Since payment is collected at the time of delivery, kindly inspect the product upon arrival.

Returns & Refunds

We offer returns and refunds only under the following conditions:

  1. Damaged or Defective Product

    • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

    • Clear images or videos of the issue must be shared with our support team for verification.

  2. Wrong Product Delivered

    • In the rare case of receiving an incorrect product, we will arrange a pickup and ensure the right item is delivered or offer a full refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Used or opened beauty and personal care items

  • Products without original packaging

  • Gift items unless received damaged


How to Request a Refund

To initiate a return or refund:

  1. Email us at [your support email] or contact us via WhatsApp with your order ID and issue details.

  2. Once verified, our team will guide you through the return process.

  3. Refunds (if applicable) will be issued to your preferred method (bank transfer/UPI) within 5–7 business days after return pickup and quality check.


Important Notes

  • Return pickup is only available in select areas. For others, we may request courier-based return.

  • HARSHLOVE reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy conditions.
